Rick Coffey has over 25 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering high-impact professional and leadership development programs. A highly qualified instructor, he has facilitated workshops across a broad spectrum of topics in corporate settings and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in management and leadership. Rick is a frequent conference presenter, sharing insights on topics such as systemic risk management for protecting human capital, strategic workforce planning to drive innovation and growth, and building comprehensive workforce development ecosystems.

His credentials reflect deep expertise in adult learning and leadership development. Rick holds graduate degrees in human resources and adult education, including an MS in Learning Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and an Ed.D. in vocational, technical, and occupational education. He is a certified facilitator with Development Dimensions International (DDI), a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and a graduate of the Columbia University Senior Executive Program (CSEP).

He is a highly qualified instructor who has facilitated workshops on a wide range of professional, leadership, and executive development topics in corporate settings and has also taught undergraduate and graduate management and leadership courses.

Rick has numerous credentials specific to the design of effective professional and leadership development programs, including graduate degrees in human resources and adult education. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with an MS in Learning Sciences and holds a doctoral (Ed.D.) degree in vocational, technical, and occupational education. Rick is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) certified facilitator and a Herrman Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) certified practitioner. Rick is a graduate of the Columbia University Senior Executive Program (CSEP).
