Rick Coffey has served in managerial and leadership roles in various learning and development organizations since 1993. He has widespread experiencein all facets of the learning and development profession, including business needs analysis, instructional systems design (ISD), numerous delivery methods,learning management systems (LMS), training logistics and administration, competency model development, learning evaluation and metrics, and learning innovation and technologies. He has significant hands-on experience in the development of multi-year overarching talent development strategies and in the architecting of thoughtful, practical, and impactful learning ecosystems specifically designed to meet organizational performance objectives. His leadershipexperience includes serving as a senior director in large-scale, highly complex, and geographically dispersed training organizations.

Rick has several credentials specific to learning and development, including graduate degrees in human resources and adult education. He is a graduate ofCarnegie Mellon University with an MS in Learning Sciences and holds a doctoral (Ed.D.) degree in vocational, technical, and occupational education.

Rick partners with associates, who also have significant experience in the learning and development profession. These partnerships enable himto provide responsive, cost-effective, and scalable solutions to his clients.
